Since November of 2001, Rick Pendery has been the Private Sector Co-Chair of the Crime, Justice, Terrorism and Substance Abuse Policy Committee as part of the NFWL (National Foundation for Women Legislators).

Bringing public policy makers cutting-edge research and innovative solutions to the issues of crime, justice, terrorism and substance abuse, thereby assisting the formulation of public policy initiatives so as to positively impact these issues on a scale of magnitude great enough to significantly increase public security, thus improving the quality of life for your constituency, at a cost government can afford.
